High gas prices aren't going anywhere soon! U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright says the cost of gas might not fall under three dollars a gallon until next year. That's because of the country's war with Iran, and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Since the war started February twenty-eighth, gas has shot up to a current average of over FOUR dollars a gallon. That's up nearly FORTY percent. In other news, Ford has issued a huge recall on its MOST POPULAR model, the F-150! The issue is a potential signal loss that could cause a sudden downshift into second gear, which could cause the driver to lose control of the light-duty truck. Almost one-point-four million vehicles from model years 2015 to 2017 are involved in the recall. Ford's had a rough time recently, with a whopping 143 recalls in the last twelve months! And OnlyFans is reportedly in talks to sell a chunk of its empire - which is valued at about three BILLION dollars! Apparently, San Francisco-based Architect Capital would buy under twenty percent of the business, and work with it to develop new financial services and products for content creators. OnlyFans has been hit hard by credit cards tightening chargeback and fraud standards, as well as high transaction fees. Partnering with a financial tech company could help address those issues - and potentially boost its already MASSIVE revenue! That's your first look at the headlines!
