James tells Ben that he enjoys all the things that Nitro Dreams offers and further asks Ben how things work. Ben demonstrates with his original ice cream mix that is made of heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla. He pours in the mixture into an aluminum bowl as he mentions the flavor that they are planning to make which is cookies and cream. Ben then adds some oreo cookies into the mixture followed by a very special ingredient, the liquid nitrogen. James steps back as Ben pours the liquid nitrogen which is around -320 degrees into the mixture. It freezes the mixture on the spot leaving some fresh ice cream on the spot.

Ben puts in some cookies and cream ice cream on a cup and hands it to James to try. He tells him to be honest as James takes a scoop into his mouth, taste testing the ice cream. James judges the ice cream saying that the cookies and cream ice cream is probably one of the best ice cream flavors that he has ever had.

Ben proceeds to making a cocktail, putting liquor into another aluminum bowl. He explains that putting liquor such as vodka or rum in the fridge does not really freezes liquor but liquid nitrogen literally freezes anything. He even offers James to try on liquid nitrogen to experience the pain but James says no. So, Ben pours liquid nitrogen into the bowl with liquor on it. The cocktail looked like a slushie. James tries the cocktail and describes it as cold but tastes like booze.

Ben wants to make another cocktail but this time around he aims for a bourbon vanilla. He puts in his original ice cream mixture, bourbon and liquid nitrogen into the bowl. Ben puts the bourbon vanilla ice cream into a cup and hands it to James.

James Deen tries the ice cream and he loved it. He shares the ice cream to everyone on the set saying that it is so good. Ben Fernebok calls this bourbon vanilla the shit.
