Description: Exercise is good for you! My friends always laugh at me when I say that to them. It is important to me to stay healthy and get plenty of exercise. This thing I'm on is a good mix of aerobics and fun. Sorry to call it a 'thing', but I don't even know the name of it! I do know it helps me keep my waist and my booty nice and round. I don't want to lose any that! Today I made sure I put on a cute exercise outfit because I knew you'd be watching me work up a sweat!
